Manager- Learning and Development for a very renowned MNC based out of Kolkata. Company has manufacturing as well as sales operations in India. L&D professional from corporates or consulting background with exposure to conceptualizing and driving the initiatives across corporates, sales and manufacturing oganisations may respond urgently to us.

Location : Kolkata

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a learning and development roadmap in line with the company vision and industry benchmark practices

- Present the roadmap along with budget

- Conceptualize and implement new initiatives

- Deeply interact with all the function heads and SBU heads

- Measure effectiveness of the initiatives and present to the leadership team

- Drive multiple programs with the vision of making impact and cultural change
