- A well rounded Learning & Development professional with Strategic HR depth.

- Having worked in Plant HR.

- Is able to holistically identify the organisational Learning & development needs.

- Design and run an effective appraisal system including 360 degrees assessment

- Good exposure to TNI TNA

- Design & execute Assessment centers and creation o development plans .

- Use Psychometrics and Creation

- Use Pre and post training survey to ensure better ROI on training spend

- Exposure to Manufacturing/Retail Industry preferred

- Educational Qualification : MBA (HR) Regular
