Head - Learning & Development - Telecom (12-20 yrs)
Champion projects to address complex/critical issues in L&D faced by the organization and to meet its long-term goals and objectives
Consolidate and publish Reliance wide learning calendar and manage related logistics
Design and execute L&D strategy aligned to the business requirements
Develop and implement L&D Policies, Processes and Tools
Develop frameworks for L&D Academies and their deployment across Reliance
Drive L&D governance through requisite controls, audits, and other relevant mechanisms
Manage fulfilment of additional learning requirements (over and above Academies) by selecting vendors and providing guidelines for content development and delivery
Manage L&D Academies specific to Leadership and Managerial Skills (curriculum and content development, vendor selection, L&D program design, external accreditation)
Manage the LMS platform and e-learning portal
Undertake periodic benchmarking studies, research and other initiatives to ensure adoption of relevant and state of the art management practices
