Role:
L&D
- Product/ Tech training-in collaboration with Tech teams-regular feature across the org as tech/product is our key pillar for business
- 3 layers of Sales training-Sr/Mid/Jr-Field level-Continuous sales skill development at FOS level will be regular feature
- Process appreciation training (All our internal processes which impact business)- in collaboration with process teams
- Generic Behavioral training (Comms/ethics/balance etc)-calendar based
- Leadership development- 1.5 to 2 years long term sessions + Global leaders sessions
- Back to school-Mgt training for key talent
- Capability assessments
Talent Management:
- Campus hiring-formation of established MT program
- Succession plan-till n-3/4 levels-creating pipeline for future
- High potential talent career progression plan
- Formation of Innovation cell
- RnR ( will define later)
Engagement
- All activities which create employee happiness and welfare
- Extensive travelling pan India.
