- Professional experience in - MULTI BRAND RETAIL - COMPULSORY experience in Training & Development.
- Developing Training strategies, Training interventions, content development
- Planning & Forecasting training needs, Budgeting and maintaining P&L
- Training the Trainers for Training and Sales team conducting various training classes for the various departments.
- Client Community management and developing trainings.
- Conducting and managing Leadership trainings, motivational seminars, Sales skill training.
- Behavioral & Soft skills programs for Sales team and community.
- Training Team management and content development to support Training strategic interventions in L&D
- Design, develop and execute Sales activations and Training model education.
- Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs to meet program objectives (TNA, TNI)
- Developing training team and performance management.
- Project management for Sales activation programs
- P&L & Budgeting of L&D
- TTT for trainers and social selling community
- Delivery of Leadership training, need analysis, Sales skills programs
