Head Learning and Development


a) Diagnosing and understanding the business and getting a good grip of the levers for performance in every business/ function in the changing business environment (clarity on what supports the achievement of KPI's)

b) Design, Develop & Lead Outcome based Organization learning & Development Capability & Competency Framework initiative for Sales & Non Sales Organisation.

c) Co-creating the philosophy, long term strategy and broad model for building capability and thereby business performance along with business / functional leaders so they become the champions and drivers of this agenda

d) Lead the Digital Content Creation & Management, Instructional Design & K-12 Learning initiatives for the Organization.

e) Drive Sales & Business productivity improvement oriented OD initiatives, which lead to culture building, designed on organization values, mission and long- term vision.

f) Collaborating with businesses to identify the learning development needs to create and drive interventions that impact the immediate and short term business metrics. Strategic Approach (Build Capabilities for People & Organization)

a) Creating agile frameworks, systems and processes within the organization and team to achieve the strategic learning goals

b) Building the capability of the organization to fulfil the gaps from within the organization and by engaging partners externally

c) Co-creating learning interventions for strategic change management

d) Orchestrating and managing the integrated and long-term learning and capability building initiatives

e) Co-creating robust mechanism for measuring effectiveness of learning interventions and evaluating business impact

f) Conceptualize, architect and design learning journeys to address business problems/ change in behaviors in consultation with President HR, BU Head's, Cross Functional Team & external agencies.

g) Being the internal coach to business leaders and contributing to raising the consciousness of the organization Learning Framework, Systems and Processes
