We are looking for a L&amp;D, OD role with leading FMCD. Learning &amp; Organization Development : - Shape and align capability development processes to overall organization strategy - Develop organization wide learning strategy and lead end to end learning process Employee Engagement : - Custodian of the annual employee engagement process - Lead external employer of choice survey (GPTW, AON Hewitt etc) participation - Manage organization communication strategy Operational : Learning &amp; Organization Development : - Identifying the L&amp;D needs of different groups, designing and delivering L&amp;D solutions as well as following up with users to gauge and enhance the effectiveness of the solutions - Develop key initiatives, schedule and project team for all interventions planned for the year. Work closely with all training champions across different groups to monitor the execution of key projects as per project plan Employee Engagement : - Annual engagement survey administration, management &amp; communication - Drive and deliver engagement action planning
