- Should have Training and Talent Management experience
- Should be excellent in Process training of blue collar employees
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Delivery, Evaluation
- Good exposure to Talent management & development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of implementing a wide range of Change management and process improvement activities
- Able to implement department goals and prioritize based on organizational goals
- Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills
- Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up in the midst of adversity
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders
- Ability to analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions
- Drive a continuous improvement culture by coordinating and facilitating Continuous Improvement Essentials activities in partnership with operations leaders
