Job Title: Learning and Development Head Experience: 12+ years Location: Narsapura, Kolar Working Days: 6 days/ week Job Description: - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices - Create and execute learning strategies and programs - Evaluate individual and organizational development needs - Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) - Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training's - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Help managers develop their team members through career pathing - Deploy a wide variety of training methods - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions - Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary - Should have experience in manufacturing industry.
