Head- Learning and Development


Learning & Development Responsibilities :

1. End to End design and execution of Operations Trainings in areas of Process & System

a. Design training solutions on the basis of diverse sources like on-field observations, SOPs, business plans, stakeholder needs etc

b. Enable L&D team to develop training content for blue-collared and white-collared employees

c. Capability enhancement through internal L&D team, ops SMEs and external consultants for seamless execution of training calendar

d. Ability to measure learning effectiveness at Kirkpatrick L2&3 on a regular basis and at Level 4 for key projects

2. End to End design and execution of essential workplace skills for frontline population

a. Design, development, and execution of essential skills like email etiquette, articulation, team handling etc for customer care team and frontline operations

3. Design and Execute Organizational Development projects like :

a. Design and execution of Graduate and Management Trainee programs

b. Technical and Behavioural Competency Development with SMEs

c. Design and execute enhancements to Performance Management Systems in accordance with evolving business needs

d. Design and execute leadership development programs through right external partners, vendors, & institutes

4. Familiarity with setting up internal LMS, designing and executing online learning for blue & white collared employees

5. Interface with clients on service level performance and corrective measures

Employee Engagement Responsibilities :

1. Executing and ensuring effectiveness of employee onboarding processes - including individualised onboarding plans for senior role holders

2. Monitoring and ensuring effective utilization of PAN India Employee Engagement budget for off roll and on roll

3. Monitoring and ensuring effective utilization of PAN India Quarterly R&R for off roll and on roll

4. Support other departments in Policy design and promulgation

5. Utilize internal communication channels effectively to inform, educate, encourage employees into desired actions and behaviours
