Job Profile :

- Manage end to end Training need analysis, Budgets, calendars, training delivery through SMEs, post-training evaluation

- Manage LMS system

- Manage Capability building and leadership development

Candidate Profile :

- 12+ years experience in IT services

- Should have strong L&D experience in competency framework, assessment centre, LMS

- High energy levels
