This could be that opportunity for you. Head of Learning &amp; Development: As Head of L&amp;D, the incumbent will be responsible to setup the Learning &amp; Development Academy for the company. He will be expected to train and enable Internal teams, Partners, Client teams the client team to understand and learn the organisation. Over a period of time, this function should become a Profit Centre on its own and work closely with product / COE teams on the learning journeys for each persona. Responsibilities: - Build and own the overall Learning Structure and Journey for the product hand in hand with the Knowledgebase and Community initiatives. - Ensure that the creation, timely refresh and deployment Learning journeys that are created in line with Best-in-class practices and enable the end-user to learn and apply their learning - Building a strong capable and differentiated L&amp;D team which able to execute on the defined L&amp;D strategy in line with the organization's growth plans and goals. - Responsible for reducing time to effectiveness for new implementation and customer success resources. - Be agile and develop/validate content on a regular basis as per the client journey - Responsible for driving and ensuring that Clients Administrators signup for programs. - Owning the creation of customized Client specific training aligned to the overall framework to ensure that the client is enabled in the best possible manner - Work with the internal learning team to create a program for constant training of partner resources
