Position: Head - L&D.  Location: Mumbai.  Note: Only for Women Professional.  Looking Candidate from:  MBA/ PGDM form top premier institute.  Experience: 10+ Years  4-5 yrs of experience in L&D Domain are must.  Preferable from FMCG industry  Will be interfacing with India & international team  Job Description:  - Leveraging the learning management system for the blended learning approach   - Developing and deploying online curriculums and post classroom program interventions   - Influencing internal stakeholders to adopt and leverage the new system for functional capability building   - Conceptualizing and deploying communication strategy and recognition mechanisms for fast adopted of the learning management system in the organization   - Developing and implementing a Learning Effectiveness framework including metrics and processes for accurate tracking effectiveness of learning   - Creating and deploying dashboards on key Learning & Development metrics to assess impact of learning interventions.   - Planning, preparing and managing the learning and development budget   - Designing/Selecting and administering assessments (e.g. psychometric tools, 360 degree feedback, personality assessments, etc.) to identify development needs (where applicable) and provide assistance on interpretation and analytics   - Designing and delivering training programs using instructional design systems and overseeing the creation/curation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials (e.g. job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models) to impact behaviour change   - Conducting training needs analysis from different member development processes to identify the capability gaps that need development interventions and finalizing the annual training calendar.   - Actively contributing in the development and deployment of leadership development initiatives.   Sharmila Consulting Team- Diversity Hiring FLEXI Careers India, an AVTAR Career Creators Enterprise
