We are pleased to introduce ourself as a reputed Personnel Search Agency based at Delhi by the name of OPTIONS INDIA .We handle recruitments in the FMCG industry and have catered to companies like- Nestle India, Dabur, Pepsico, Frito Lay India, 3M, Agrotech Foods, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, TATA Tea, Perfetti, Glaxo Smithkline etc.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager (Head) Learning & Development position with one of the topmost Automotive Ancilliary and Engineering MNCs in India. The position is to be based at Delhi/ Gurgaon.

Our client is the indian subsidiary of a global engineering and manufacturing group with market and technical leadership across Industrial & Automotive business verticals. The group has a global revenue upwards of USD 5 Billion and has a presence across 24 countries with an employee strength of over 37000.

Candidate Profile : 8-12 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness, change management, leadership development or related disciplines

Educational Qualification : MBA/ PGDBM- HR, (e.g. Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline).

Job Profile:

- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Leadership Development.

- Conduct diagnosis, develop/design solutions and enable delivery of solutions as required.

- Partner with HR Director in formulating the People plan in alignment with the business priorities for the short, medium and long term.

- Collaborate with the broader HR team to build capability and collaborate to design/deliver solutions.

- Help drive specific change and organization development initiatives within the business (org restructuring, designing and facilitating strategic planning processes, organization and leadership team development).

- Drive culture building initiatives aligned with business objective and organization health diagnostics. Facilitate sessions with leadership teams to define, clarify and translate business strategy, build team effectiveness and drive relevant initiatives.
