Job Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Will be leading overall T&amp;D function - Responsible for creating employability focused T&amp;D modules - Create a employability curve for every student by tracking their progress and benchmarking them - Leveraging technology to track the progress of every student and take real time remedial action - Drawing up a comprehensive T&amp;D Plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified - Collaboratively working with Curriculum team to help preparing training decks pertaining to information such as module summaries, presentations, videos, learning outcomes etc. - Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&amp;D Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; providing thought leadership around program design and delivery - Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required, including: creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs as well as conferences and workshops attended
