Head - Learning & Development - Education (10-16 yrs)
Experience - 10 -15 years in which 6-9 years should be in core L&D team specifically delivering/Facilitating Technical /Leadership Training Programs and able to work closely with training development partners in designing & developing innovative programs.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Facilitate programs on Technology skills specially Java- DotNet- Databases, Fullstack etc.
- Facilitate & train on leadership development programs.
- Be the Program Manager for the L&D initiatives and special projects/programs driven by L&D org wide.
