Job Description :
Its not a HR Learning & Development role, need some who has provided training to customer service department or to outsourced call centers and handled national level role.
1. Design, develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of state of the art learning and development, customer service, sales training and coaching programs.
2. Leading organizational needs analysis and creating performance improvement solutions focused on talent capabilities, processes, engagement and a talent management system implementation
3. Drive ongoing learning needs analysis, design, scripting, development, assessment, implementation and evaluation of training materials to ensure alignment with business strategy
4. Design and deliver, both in house and with expert third parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, experiential learning, distance learning and online learning.
