12 – 15 years - exp in Leading & Managing
Functional, Behavioural & Skill Trainings
- Organizational Development Initiatives
- Talent Management, Leadership Development & Succession Management Initiatives
- Instructional Design and Content Development
- Psychometrics and their developmental applications
- Coaching and Mentoring initiative
- E-learning & Learning Technology Initiatives
- LMS & LCMS
Key Skills desired
- Commercial acumen
- Visionary and ability to create and align Learning & OD strategy to business strategy
- Ability to step-up and lead large teams ,identify and manage small to large vendors
- Executional Excellence
- Ability to influence and manage large number of stake-holders
