Head - Learning & Development - BFS/Healthcare (15-18 yrs)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
1. Build a culture of continuous learning and improvement in DHF
2. Development of curriculum for building desired capabilities in the clinical team (health workers and doctors). The L&D head will build the relevant partnerships (internal & external) to leverage existing content as much as possible.
3. Work closely with the clinical team of DHF to understand training gaps and remedy the same
4. Development of pedagogical approaches that are technology-driven and support experiential learning
5. Development of assessment tools that are a reliable predictor of quality and customer experience
6. Design and deploy a certification system that enables HWs and DDs to continuously acquire new skills
7. Build external partnerships that provide external validity to DHF certifications and attract high-quality and mission-aligned talent
8. To determine training needs through observation and discussion with internal team and partners.
9. To Develop individual results by providing coaching; conducting training sessions;developing outcome improvement resources.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in any discipline
Experience:
- The ideal candidate would have prior experience of building an L&D function in any domain, not necessarily health.
- Must be familiar with the realities of working with an entry level and distributed workforce
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Create process and drive Training and Analysis.
- In depth understanding of competency framework.
- Experience of designing and/or deploying an L&D platform would be highly valued
Certification as a trainer and/or coach desirable
