- Looking for professionals from Banking & Financial Industry.
- Handling a team of 17-18 members - Regional Trainers, HO Trainers, Functional and Non Functional trainers
- Coach the L&D team in the development, design, delivery and evaluation of high impact learning interventions.
- Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team.
- Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements.
- Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends.
- Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth.
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Oversee the effective use of the Learning
- Management System to manage and evaluate learning using key metrics to support a high impact learning culture.
- Collaborating with HR leaders to implement effective deployment and redeployment strategies contributing to regularly scheduled performance management processes.
- Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives.
