Opening for Learning & Development- Head (AVP/DVP)

Location - Bangalore

We are looking at someone from Banking/ Insurance/ IT( No one from NBFC)

- The candidate should have managed a stake holder size of 2000 plus ranging from front line sales to top ranked executives.

- Building a culture of learning & continuous development, programs that are aligned with companys objectives

- Conceptualise learning interventions that enable people to continually expand their knowledge, skills and perspectives

- L&D curriculum creation, content creation and delivery

Qualifications - MBA(HR), professional certification in L&D

Experience - 10 plus years of experience in Training/L&D

- Should be from BFSI/IT/Insurance & Service Industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing wide learning strategy.

- Familiarity with learning concepts, platforms and best practices.

Functional Competencies

- Hands on experience in developing content for programs.

- Excellent Communication skills, managing budgets, Learning Management System(LMS)

Managerial Responsibilities

- Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness of all L&D initiatives and its impact on business.

- Ability to manage crucial conversations with leaders, foster high degree of collaborative thinking, cross-functional relationships with departmental heads.

Functional Responsibilities

- Closely work with team to ensure the Field/Regional L&D Team delivers good quality learning to internal stakeholders/participants.

- Facilitate general staff training and development programs for various employees and functions using a variety of learning and delivery methods.

- Design different L&D programs and effectively deploy to achieve desired business outcomes.

- Produce reports to analyze data and draw implications.

- Designing e learning courses, career plans, technology based training methods.
