Head - Learning & Development - APAC (12-20 yrs)

Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organisation. Advising on, business specific OD interventions e.g. organisation restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organisation and the culture

- Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programmes such as "Inspire" and "ADP" and supporting the overall development of capability across the organisation. Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent processes.

- Responsible for creating and maintaining a Learning Plan. Developing and maintaining key management & personal development programmes such as "Personal Excellence" and "Management Essentials." Developing and maintaining the key professional "Academies" such as Sales, Marketing and Finance.

- To support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility.

- Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan.

- Coach senior managers to develop their performance.

- Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organization Development's processes and systems.

Essential Functions :

- Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes.

- Assesses OD needs of operating, business and functional units.

- Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.

- Designs and executes key programmatic elements of the OD process.

- Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.

- Assists with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD methods and tools.

- Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.

- Provides consultative services to the business units regarding mentoring.

- Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for OD programs.

- Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.

Supervises a group of personnel in a work unit, each performing similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.
