Leadership Hiring Head

- The client is HQ in Gurgaon and is a startup, soon going to be the Unicorn.

- The incumbent will be performing end-to-end full lifecycle Leadership recruitment.

Key Responsibility :

- The incumbent will be responsible to partner with Founders to build hiring strategies managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investments.

- To work within pre-defined recruitment process while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodology to follow

- To provide new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads

- To meet weekly/quarterly/yearly recruitment goals

- To create JDs after discussion with the requisition creating a team and posting them on various sources.

- To develop candidate interest for available positions

- To ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent pool

- To participate in client meetings to build good customer relations and satisfaction

- To perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the management
