Head - BFSI Vertical

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Handling Leadership hiring for BFSI clients in India; Responsible for recruitment and business development.

- Responsible for Stakeholder Management - Understanding on the requirement and delivering end to end.

- Planning, defining and strategizing the hiring needs along with the stakeholders

- Identifying and managing the sourcing strategies and identifying the market pool in order to fulfill the hiring needs

- Doing extensive mapping to target right set of people

- Conducting detail assessment of the candidate to assess work and cultural fitment to the organization

- Conducting Reference checks

- Offer negotiations and closure

- Building and maintaining the database of Middle/Senior level Professionals.

- Enhancing the database on various profiles.

- Developing new clients and strengthening the vertical.

Requirement :

- 8+ years in Executive search industry

- Must have extensive exposure in Leadership hiring in BFSI industry

Salary : Rs 20 - 30 Lacs
