Role - Head/Lead TA
Location - Bellandur, Bangalore (5 days work from office)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging innovative sourcing methods and channels.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring efficient and compliant recruitment processes.
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and select top-tier candidates.
4. Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through strategic partnerships and engagement initiatives.
5. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, track key metrics, and generate meaningful reports for decision-making.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Tech and Non Tech Hiring
- Strong understanding of the latest Recruitment Trends and technologies and best practices.
- A proven track record of working with a fast paced startup environment
- A good headcount growth in current Company.
