Head/Lead - Digital Marketing - Online Fresh Food Startup (8-12 yrs)
One of the leading Online fresh food startup is looking to hire Digital Marketing Head/ Lead for their Gurgaon location. Ideal candidate would be responsible for their online Sales business and managing day-to-day operations that support e-commerce business including but not limited to, sales planning, forecasting & reporting, web analyzing, digital marketing, operations & logistics.
Responsibilities includes -
- Develop and implement "online business strategies" of reaching sales conversions by establishing and managing channels of online sales distribution.
- Actively work with leaders of departments to articulate and timely execute sales plans on Ecommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop strategies, establish and enhance leadership and organizational capability.
- Develop and manage the implementation of online sales plans for digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and develop strategies to continuously improve and optimize the online experience as well as stay up to date of online trends developments.
- Create, maintain an online business plan and provide analytic reports of online sales.
