Head - Large Format - Retail (6-15 yrs)
This role will involve strategic planning for the Brands/ categories and enhancing the profit/ Revenue of that category.
Will be handling Large Retail Chains/ Key Accounts nationally.
Role will involve -
Strategic Planning
- Develop sales strategies and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share metrics.
- Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
- Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize opportunities across different key accounts
- Communicating brand identity to pertinent key business collaborates, business units and the customer support.
- Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of sales force.
