CTC: 18 - 24 Lakhs

Job Description :

- Provide design direction to the team and lead multiple large-scale projects from beginning till site completion

- Strong conceptual, graphic and design skill On-site observation experience of work during construction

- Experience with National Building Code and Accessibility Requirements related to landscape architecture

- Proven experience in master planning/large scale projects Confidence in working in a complex and dynamic environment

- Lead the business unit team independently and strive towards the unit's overall profitability, quality, and efficiency

- Collaborate and focus on large client account with a variety of project types -or- multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development

- Programming client needs, Conceptual design, Schematic Design & Design Development, Construction documentation & administration

Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Architecture

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
