Head - Land Bank/Acquisition (8-15 yrs)
Position : Head Land bank
Location : Mohali

Local Candidate apply who has exp in land acquisition in Punjab area :
- Identification & Evaluation of new business opportunities
- Will be responsible for JDA of land Banks in Punjab
- Feasibility of land banks
- Due-diligence of revenue records, registration of Land, strategic planning for Land Consolidation, title verification, measurement, settlement of issues pertaining to land management.
- Co-ordination with government departments for licenses & approvals.
Reporting directly to Senior Leadership :
- Sourcing of land deals in line with the Company's Strategy
- Tracking of deals
- Site visits
- Creating a prelim financial analysis for each deal
- Work on an in depth market analysis of viable deals
- Data Analysis and Data Mining
- Deal Pitches to Leadership for Approval
- Coordination with departments for deal closures.
