Job Description - An exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing organization in the Indian Solar sector. This is a leadership role and will report directly to the top management.

The client is one of the biggest players in the Indian renewable energy sector with projects spread across 15 states coupled with aggressive expansion plans
Description
- Will be responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence. Clearances and approvals.
- Handling Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration and land related litigation as required.
- Land related commercials, inspection of ownership, land related due diligence.
- Responsible for CLU (Change of land use); Title search, Forest land/Agricultural land conversion to industrial land for Solar Power Projects. Documents submission to PD/ Project Finance.
- Completely conversant with Commercial terms and terminologies, Payment process, Legal Verification of documents and ownership and Due Diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.
Profile
- Minimum qualification - LLB, with MBA preferred. Land related experience 16-20 years.
- Demonstrated ability of land closures in large land parcels in recent times as well.
- Candidate preferred from Solar / Renewable sector.
- High understanding on Land Regulations and land affairs/ land laws.
- No Job Hoppers will be entertained. Stability has to be very high.
- Demonstrates trustworthiness and upholds the highest ethical standards. FCPA Compliant.
- Ensures that information flows effectively to others.
- Identifies, collects and analyze the information needed to solve a problem effectively.
- Communication has to be extremely clear and transparent.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Should have a good understanding on the Macro environment of the Power sector.
- Should have a good understanding of the Renewable sector especially on Solar.
