Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the land acquisition strategy and execution, setting goals, defining target regions and assets, and establishing risk profiles.
- Strong Liaisoning with authorities at state / central level/ Tehsil level for successful land acquisition & deal closure.
- Mandatory Land Acquisition in any of the mentioned states ( Uttar Pradesh/ Delhi NCR/ Mumbai/ Maharashtra/Karnataka/Tamil Nadu)
- Candidate should have acquired Single Owner land in the above-mentioned states.
- Pre & Post acquisition liaisoning with relevant authorities.
- Coordination with internal teams.
- Risk management
