Head - Land Acquisition & Business Development - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
A Premium Real Estate Company in Chennai is looking for Land Acquisition and Business Development Head. Candidate must have exposure to Tamil Nadu and Southern Markets.
- An MBA from Premier Institute would be preferred.
- Must have complete knowledge of Southern Markets as well as strong Negotiation and Liaising skills
- Land procurement through direct negotiations with the Land owner.
- To be aware of basic land trade process and be part of land deal.
- Perform valuation analyses.
- Drafting and Vetting of legal Documents.
- Execution of the Agreements.
- Participate in all stages of transaction executions.
- Liasoning.
- Preparation of detailed project business plan in coordination with design, execution, sales & finance team.
- Evaluate new business opportunity.
- Follow up of pending cases pertaining to land.
