- Relevant years- experience in AML/FinCrime Operations. Overall work experience of 14+ years.

- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills. The role involves high level of interaction and working with multiple business clusters and senior stakeholders within Corporate & Investment Banking i.e. Sales, Financial Crime, Compliance, Trading, Middle Office, Legal

- Strong communication skills, in particular for external communication with regulators and auditors and internally with Senior stakeholders across multiple business clusters, i.e. Sales, Compliance, Financial Crime, Legal, Risk and Global Operations

- Resilient leader with excellent People Skills and ability lead and motivate large teams

- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills

- High on problem solving, analytical thinking and judgement

- Process Optimization/ Continuous Improvement and Transformation skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree holder, preferably Finance/Accounting related

- AML related qualifications (e.g. ACAMS)

- Expertise in KYC, CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence processes
