Position - Head Key Accounts and E-Commerce
Location - Mumbai/Kolkata/Bangalore

- The incumbent will be responsible for formulation and end-to-end execution of the sales strategy across all New Commerce formats pan India
- Modern Trade Chains (National &Regional Key Accounts), E-Commerce platforms (B2C & B2B)and establish sustainable presence of the brands across multiple categories in FMCG space.
- This is a key Sales leadership role who will actively engage, align & execute with the Modern Trade team of Eveready Industries across all the regions in the country, to ensure best-in-class launch of various categories.
The role has the following key work streams:
- Formulate the Terms of Trade (TOT) and lead negotiations for listing with Key Accounts, as per alignment of strategy
- Formulate & ensure execution of the plans, promotions & visibility initiatives with on-ground teams at the store level
- Review the performance and commercials with the Chains regularly along with the MT leadership
- Train, guide & motivate the field team (Executives, Promoters & Merchandisers)to enhance their capabilities for multi-category selling along with incentivisation plan.
- Budgetary control over spends for TOT and execution.
