Head - Key Accounts - Defence Account (18-27 yrs)
- Extensive experience in regional responsibility in Telecom/IT product and services
- Significant experience in Sales to Defence is a must
- Key account management success in delivering sales & marketing targets
- Driving Sales & Business-development in Indian Defense space including identifying new opportunities, expanding market penetration across the range of products and services.
- Develop and grow customer relationships and sales accounts across the Defence account,
- Define a comprehensive market and sales strategy for the accounts
- Quantify and set volume, revenue, profitability, product-line and accounts- sales targets and ensuring delivery of the same.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with the key influencers at the Key Account Organization
- Complete Key Account ownership for Defence
- Carry all internal stakeholders together in target achievements
- Experience in sales role with an OEM or ICT
- Working in defense wing of large corporations
- Past experience of around 8 - 10 years serving Indian Defence services.
