Head - Key Account Management - HR Tech Startup (2-10 yrs)
An HR tech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT & IMT, assists enterprises and startups with hirings through an AI-based platform.
Role
- Take complete responsibility for building and driving engagement with assigned clients/Key Accounts while ensuring retention and client satisfaction
- Take complete responsibility for solving clients- queries and handling escalations.
- Ensure periodic reporting of execution progress and additional valuable insights with clients.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that final reports required as part of the project are created and shared with the client on time.
- Align client's requirements and expectations with Ops capabilities, define internal KPIs, and constantly follow MIS & closely monitor the progress towards targets.
- Take up complete responsibility for managing the receivables of the assigned clients.
- Upselling and cross-selling with the assigned clients.
- In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the founders and take up complete responsibility of managing clients from the grass-root level.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Skill/ Qualifications candidates must-have for this role -
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be aggressive towards ensuring customer satisfaction at any cost and also driving increased revenue month on month.
- Must have 2+ year experience in business operations
- Experience in B2B key account management
- Experience in leading a team of 10+ members
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Age must be less than 32 years
- Must be great in networking and building contacts
- Must have excellent negotiation and analytical skills
