Head - IT - Startup (7-14 yrs)
Head-IT for a start-up backed by a giant retailer of India
- Defining Enterprise IT Landscape (Infrastructure and Applications), Strategy, Technology Roadmap for Business, Application/Program Roadmap, IT Budget and Project Plan.
- Providing leadership and driving IT and Business Process Transformation programs across both the businesses
- Handling IT operations,
- IT infrastructures (LAN, RF lease line, Citrix operations, Hardware, Security, Firewall, Networking, SLAs, Software procurement & development).
- Responsible for ITES for the Division includes Head Office, warehouse & factory.
- Implementation and support of POS (Shopper Software by Tally Solutions) to all the franchises and supporting the franchises for smooth operations.
- MIS preparations for Fashion Season cycle analysis and for better execution & order bookings.
- Effective IT budgeting, utilization of budgets for better performance.
- Sourcing the reliable, cost effective domain hosting and maintenance of domains and mailing activities.
- Retail Store IT Infra Support
- New Store IT setup Application & Hardware and Connectivity
- Licence Management
- Change Management & User Management
- Audit review with support partners
- Production server Password management
- Managing the development of pilots and proof of concepts for new projects and clients
- IT and technology transition management for the project and implementing the same at delivery centres
- Coordinating with local network teams for IT infrastructure procurement, setup and support
Reports to CFO and on a dotted line to the Group CIO.
