The incumbent should be a post-graduate from a reputed institute with 12 to 15 years of post MBA experience in end to end Project Management, Application Strategy Planning and Designing and Development of IT Solutions across the business.

- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivery of IT solutions in alignment with the IT strategy.

- The role will be a key driver in the creation and enabler of IT strategy and roadmap. This role will lead to the formulation and communication of application strategy and roadmap in partnership with technology lead.

- The role will own and execute the portfolio and project management and be responsible for project life-cycle processes.

- The role will be responsible from design to implementation of all approved solutions, including transition to support team.

- This role will be responsible for creating a high-performance collaborative team with strong people leadership.

- The role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the solution portfolio to improve adoption and enhance realized value.

- To Understand business strategy and priorities to carve out the solutions choices

- Propose new technology-based business models and capabilities.

- Cooperate closely with IT Business Relationship Managers and IT Management team to define the IT Strategy & Roadmap.

- Vendor Management

Experience :

a. Solid Project Management experience, especially in managing cross-functional teams

b. Experience in influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders

c. Demonstrated expertise in large scale IT solution environments

d. Proven track record in deploying best practice methodologies and processes

e. Essential working experience: ERP, Business Intelligence, and Microsoft Technologies

f. Prefer certifications around Project Management and hands-on experience using proven methodologies

g. Prefer experience with large scale complex projects

h. Prefer experience in Manufacturing / Consumer Goods / FMCG/CPG/Beverage sector

i. Prefer exposure to emerging technologies
