Looking for Head of IT Service Management and Performance for a leading multinational conglomerate with diversified business interests. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Defines the policies, procedures and guidelines related to IT Service Management that should be followed globally within the organization. - The role monitors critical Service Level Agreements with different stakeholders and also conducts global wide surveys to find out customer satisfaction for IT within the IT user community. - Head of IT service management ensures compliance of the IT processes as defined for the Group and monitors IT Service delivery performance Qualifications - Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management or related discipline with an IT focus. MBA, Executive MBA, and ITSM related certifications are an advantage - Very good experience of defining policies, procedures and guidelines related to ITSM processes - Experience in defining SLAs, service catalogs, ensuring compliance of processes and SLAs - Should have worked as a team member with service focus in large scale projects and operations - Should be experienced in conducting surveys, analysing the results and recommending remedial measures and improvement strategies - Should be able to define the tool architecture for ITSM and guide the Group in implementing the same in a standard and uniform way
