Head - IT Reconciliation - Corporate & Investment Banking Domain

Role Summary :

Incumbent would lead the organizational transformation of this utility and manage the reconciliation IT and Operations. Teams are based in GSC Bangalore and Chennai offices . It is close to a 140 member unit organized based on Agile principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead creation of detailed service offer for the utility

2. Cross sell the offer to different business lines in GSC and also globally

3. Lead the digital transformation and efficiency of the utility

4. Lead IT and Operations teams

5. Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to defined KPIs and controls.

6. Organize governance with global and local stakeholders

Experience and Skills

Mandatory

- Minimum 12+ years of Industry experience and should have worked in Corporate and Investment Banking Domain.

- Should have People/project/program management expertise

- Should have strategic management expertise. Should have worked on business cases/proposals

- Should have good understanding of Trade lifecycle, different asset classes and post trade operations

- Should have worked on Agile methodologies

- Should have good exposure to technologies. Should have basic understanding of APIs, Big Data and Machine Learning
