- Seeking a Computer science Engineer with great problem solving skills and Impact. You are a passionate hands on technologist with an MBA and thrive in an unstructured environment.

- You have great ability to develop multiple product concurrently.

- You'll be setting the stage for a mission-driven rural solar services company with pay as you go model to develop hyberlocal commerce.

- You are able to build teams, work with external vendors and internal stakeholders and preemptively solve problems and bring in innovation.

- You'll talk to ET across the company to identify business critical problems that can be solved using technology, data, and indight; You'll then drive prioritization of work across product, engineering and business teams;

- You'll drive integration of data into reports and visualization tools. All of this will enable business impact through reports - GMV/ revenue growth, reduction of cost etc. You will also get first-hand experience handling big data at scale.

A successful Technical Product Manager in this domain should have the following skills:

- Passionate about open source technology, product management, project management, solutioning, Code Reviews, data, analytics and building large scale platforms. Passion for digging deep into customer problems and understanding them thoroughly.

- Tech background with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models

- Product grasp - capable of taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and leading thought in these areas.

- Understanding of product lifecycle and ability to drive execution

- Evangelize and partner with outsourced teams.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other teams.

- BTech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

- MBA is a big plus. Strong program management skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels.

Salary:

INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. includes 20 percent variable payable half yearly
