1. Should have handled minimum annual spent of USD 200 Million 2. Should have done Procurement for IT Hardware (Infrastructure) and IT Software (including ERPs & Applications) 3. Should have good relationships with OEMs and Product Development IT Companies. 4. Manage end to end procurement process in terms of understanding requirements, managing PR-PO, Supplier Onboarding, and Vendor Management 5. Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the corporate policies 6. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation 7. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers 8. Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries 9. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand 10. Oversees supply chain management 11. Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight 12. Coach, the mentor, motivate and supervise team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work 13. Work with existing vendors and manage relationships/contracts 14. Promote the effective management of suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract 15. Benchmark existing contracts and suggest areas of key negotiation for improvements in cost and service quality 16. Develop supplier performance scorecard and review performance of suppliers at regular intervals and suggest action if there's an issue in terms of performance, cost or quality 17. Evaluate existing & potential vendors & recommend & implement for change, if beneficial for the Organization.
