Company : It is a leading giant with a Revenue of USD 5.5 Billion and has been in the market for more than 3 decades.

This role is for someone who could act as the owner for taking the ownership and act like a COO

Company / Industry : E commerce (Start-up)

Lead : 40-45 people team

Reporting : Director

Responsibilities :

- Setting up of entire Technology

- Operations and scalability

- Manage entire Program Delivery for the organization

- Look after Smooth and seamless operations

- Creating and managing product road-map and annual plans.

- Building Big transformation projects such as a overwhelming website experience alongside service oriented architecture, revamping front-end & back-end architectures at the same time

- Taking care of Tech budget management

- Develop Market study and end-reach strategy

- Looking after Cyber Security

- Conflict controls

- Leading work pipeline, delivery, change & Incident management

- Leading and managing Compliance

- Taking care of Audits controls & processes

- Mentoring & leading teams of experienced staff from management, development and quality while collaborating with product and marketing divisions.

- Be a Design thinker and bring innovation to the department

Location : Gurgaon or Mumbai

Preference : Candidates from E commerce background and Fintech background
