Head IT Infrastructure Services - Delivery Role Brief : - The incumbent will anchor leadership role for IT Infrastructure Services Delivery Unit, working closing with Executive teams from Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR - ITSM/Infra Service Delivery - Responsible for IT Service Management/ remote support for customers spread across geos, - Responsible for Metrics - CSAT - Productivity - Finance - Team Management - Customer Success/Retention - Champion in emerging marketing/customer digital transformation needs Leadership : - Build and Manage high performing teams for IT Infra teams - Provide growth avenues for key talent and make them service ready for futuristic projects - Succession planning in consultation with HR Client servicing : - Engage customer defined frequency for service delivery ensuring metrics are delivered - Chair governance calls and align efforts as deemed fit - Handhold customer in drawing problem statement and providing appropriate solutions Finance : - Responsible for Infrastructure services P&L and growth - Collaborate with finance team for revenue accruals, leakage and work on cost economies - Ensure the right margins for QoQ You will be a : - Management graduate from institute of repute, Engineering degree would be good to have - 18-22 years in building and managing IT infrastructure services with hands on experience in managing large teams delivering remote support for global and domestic customers - Exceptional customer skills
