Head - IT Infrastructure - Service Industry (10-18 yrs)

Our client is a very large, leading MNC service organisation having National presence - Leaders in their field. They operate through more than 200 offices all over the country and headcount exceeding 6000#. Our clients are looking for a Head-IT Infrastructure to be based at Mumbai and reporting to the Head-IT. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.
The position is expected to be closed by mid-June.

Job / Candidate Profile :
Will be part of the core IT Team, will handle All-India infrastructure management and lead a team of over 25# nationally. Preferably Engineer with 10-15 years experience in large service organisations (e.g.BFSI, transport, travel, hospitality,healthcare) having national presence and large headcount exceeding 4000# All-India. He should be ideally have experience in Cloud migration.
He should have excellent understanding of technology, IT budget management & negotiating with Vendors.
KRAs :
1. Design and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements with standard hardware and software's to grow the company
2. Continuously improve IT Infrastructure standards, policies, processes and procedures.
3. Oversee day to day infrastructure activities within budget and expenses.
4. Establish & maintain all infrastructure, networks, systems, and processes.
5. Managed datacenter in the cloud and ensure secure connectivity between remote sites.
6. Achieve IT Cost savings. Manage IT Infra SLA with Vendor and Budget (Capex, Opex, Professional Services, AMC)
7. Manage Cloud Framework & Cloud Migration
8. Maintain Infra uptime of Critical Applications
9. Incident Management and change Management
10. Mitigate risk of data loss and met compliance requirements .
11. Manage Disaster Recovery
