Head - IT Infrastructure - Publishing Industry

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Shift timings: 10am to 7pm (5 days Working)

Key responsibilities:

- Providing long term direction to the organization regarding IT Infra and give guidance for creation of strategic plans to support the vision

- Ensuring availability of necessary infrastructure/ resources/ risk mitigation/ quality/ control mechanisms

- Evaluate IT Infra products/solutions and institutionalize them within the organization. Continuous improvement of processes.

- Talent and capability management, training and enablement

- Reviewing and ensuring Best Solution Approach / Best Practices are followed while implementation of any new Application or during change in the Applications.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

- Planning and overseeing execution of the overall IT Infra strategy

- Expected to handle multiple departments such as Network, Servers, Information Security, Operations and Infrastructure

- Minimum 7-9 years experience
