Technical Skills Requirement:

- Hands on experience managing IT infrastructure

- Ability to handle the disaster situation

- Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of IT infrastructure

- SAP ECC and HANA landscape management

- Knowledge of data center standard, cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, Linux and windows operating systems, IoT, AR /VR, Av systems, Mail platform, SAP basis administration, unified messaging system, open source platform, database, file servers, Video conference systems, CCTV systems.

- Digitization and Digital Transformation exposure

- Public / Private / Virtual cloud

Managerial Skills Requirement:

- Excellent communication skill

- Well maintained personality

- Excellent team leader: keep team motivated and give / train them new knowledge continuously

- Can work under pressure.

- Appetite to learn new things continuously.

- Can engage with business leader comfortably.

- Experience to handle global team.

Experience: 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management

Summary / Purpose of the role:

- Monitoring & Administration of Global IT infrastructure, security, and connectivity infrastructure and to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient IT Infrastructure. Bring advancement in the IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Head the global level infra for uptime.

- Upgrade the current state of Infra and make it state of the art facilities.

- Responsible for cost of IT Infra.

- Team Management, motivation, new skill upgradation.

- Responsible for zero data loss

- Build and Responsible for redundancy, failover, DR

- Administration and control of technological resources.

- Mentoring and Training of new entrants in the area of expertise.

- Vendor Management

- Licenses Management and optimization.

- Chief consultant to Global CIO on Infra matters.

- Solution identification, designing, negotiation & architecture mapping
