Mangal Industries

- Own and Drive IT for Mangal Industries (Part of Amara Raja Group) and its associated divisions

- Manage all IT Verticals of Mangal like IT Applications, Infrastructure and Security

- Drive Multiple Automation Projects to drive automated manufacturing and analytics by leveraging new age technologies for multiple divisions like Sheet Metal, Fasterners, Foods and Storage Solutions

- Manage IT Infrastructure for 8 Manufacturing Plants and Multiple Offices across Tirupati, Chitoor and Petammita

- Leverage IT Shared Service Organization for deployement of new IT Solutions

- Drive Digitization and Automation in critical functions like Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Finance

- Consulting Firms, Vendors MD - Mangal Industries and CIO

- Own and Drive IT initiatives for all divisions of Mangal Industries Limited

- Support Mangal Leadership in driving growth and other Initiatives as part of Mangal EXCOM

- Drive Multiple Projects for Digitization and Automation in critical functions like Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Finance

- Drive automation of Manufacturing Plants including connected Machines by leveraging technologies like MES, IOT, Cloud and Mobility

- Support Userbase of around 700+ for their IT requirements in IT Infrastructure, Applications and IT Security

Responsibilities of this role

- Manage Mangal IT Infra Budgets to Utilize Capex effectively and minimize Opex Spend

- Leverage New technologies to drive 24- 7 mobility and Increase Productivity

- Work with Amara Raja IT Leadership to rollout group IT initiatives across Mangal

- Define IT Standards and Best Practice Security Processes for IT Projects and Support and ensure Compliance

- Develop relationship with Vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments

- Work with IT Shared Service Organizations to deploy new IT Technologies across Mangal

- Build strong BCP/DR, Near DR and Far DR Capabilities and drive redundancy to achieve > 99.9% uptime

- Drive IT Risk Management and ensure proper mitigations

- Ensure monitoring of IT Servers and Network Infrastructure to ensure

- Age required to perform this role Minimum Age : 32 years Desirable Age: 36-38 years Qualification Required for this Role Minimum Qualification : BE (Computers), MCA, MBA Preferred Desirable Qualification: BE, MCA/MBA Years of experience Required for this role Minimum Exp. :13 Desirable Exp. :16

Knowledge -

- Deep IT Application Experience in Manufacturing Companies

- Experience in Leading IT organization for a company of size 1000Cr, 1000+ User base

- Experience in driving multiple Automation Projects for Manufacturing Plants including Digital Manufacturing using technologies like MES, IoT, Cloud and Mobility

- Extensive experience in IT Application Project Management

- Experience in managing IT infrastructure for multiple locations, plants and offices
