The Delhi-NCR office of the co. houses over 600 staff, while the rest are split across the head office in USA and multiple client offices across different foreign geographies. This is a replacement hiring requirement and the incumbent will join in at a Senior Manager's (or a more fitting) designation, as suitable. ABOUT THE JOB The job entails: - Managing & sustaining the existing IT Infrastructure systems (physical/on-premise as well as cloud based) and designing new ones - internally for the firm's own use as well as for client engagements - Building strategy for IT Infra for long-term differentiation and competitive edge of the company's offerings in the market - Owning delivery for IT Infra (including cloud infra) related offerings/engagements, as & if required - Handling people in the infra team for optimum performance and retain them through involved leadership
