We are having an urgent requirement for the role of IT-Head for a leading housing finance company.

Job Description

IT Infrastructure & Networking & BCP : 

- Planning and governing all matters related to IT infrastructure, System Administration for the organisation/IT Network.

- Formulating IT policies and procedures for IT division

Project / Delivery Management : 

- Align right technology solutions to business needs.

- Planning and scheduling activities to ensure completion of the project and implementing project plans within budgets and deadlines.

- Strategy planning & implementation of IT operations

- Handling product visualisation

- Managing delivery for technical accomplished of concurrent projects

- Resolving support / operational issues in liaison with vendors & business group.

- Developing, implementing & providing all kind of support for business application software.

Software Development & Management :

- Enhance, customise existing systems using internal or external resources

- Execute workflow mapping & develop effective business process management

- Develop business BIS - Business Information System

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduation /Post Graduation with more than 10 years of relevant experience in the desired profile

- Knowledge in hardware & software aspects of any project or existing system

- In-depth experience of end to end system implementation

- Experience of working on cloud

- Exposure to SAP accounting system

- Experience of lending products within Banking Financial Service will be a definite plus
